70 Years of Human Rights Declaration

Central to international relations are The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). This declaration is one of the fundamental documents of the United Nations. The United Nations General Assembly adopted the document at its third session on 10 December 1948.
The General Assembly proclaims this as a universal standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations. It consists of 30 articles. Article 3 gives a strong link to the core of our industry - Security: "Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of person.“ Human Rights are moral principles. They are applicable anywhere any time to anyone. They are highly influential on international law and are protected by them.
